We only offer products that come with a valid manufacturer’s warranty and proper billing. When you purchase from us, there are no hidden charges, additional taxes, or surprise shipping fees. Delivery and installation are absolutely free.

Order Placement & Delivery Timelines
Orders can be placed online at any time. If you order before 4:00 PM, it will typically be processed the same day* (applicable only to car batteries). Orders placed after 4:00 PM may still be delivered the same day, depending on logistics, otherwise they’ll be delivered the following day.
Same-day delivery is available across Delhi NCR for car battery orders placed before 5:00 PM, or if mutually agreed upon by the customer and our delivery team.
Our commitment to deliver within 4 to 24 hours* applies exclusively to car batteries. For other products, please refer to the individual product page for estimated delivery timelines.
Deliveries begin daily from 10:00 AM and continue throughout the day.
After your order is received, our city delivery team will contact you to confirm the order, share shipping details, and ensure your availability. Upon confirmation, the battery(ies) will be dispatched to the provided address.

Delivery Coverage
All locations eligible for free delivery are clearly listed on our website.
We deliver across entire city regions as defined by the respective Municipal Corporation, authority, or administrative boundaries based on local jurisdiction.
In certain areas, same-day delivery may not be feasible after 2:00 PM due to local security constraints.
If the delivery location lies outside the standard city limits (typically more than 10 km round trip), a delivery charge will apply. Charges will be based on distance and confirmed jointly by the local delivery team and the customer.
Customers will be informed in advance of any delivery charges via call, email, or SMS. Delivery will proceed only once the customer confirms acceptance. If not accepted, the order will be considered canceled.
Unexpected events such as stock unavailability, adverse weather, or traffic delays may occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Installation Information
For inverter battery installations above ground level (up to the 2nd floor without a functional lift), a nominal labor fee ranging from Rs. 200 to Rs. 500 may apply, varying by city. Installations above the 2nd floor require a working lift.
Free connection to the mainline is provided during the installation of new inverter batteries or inverter combos (battery + machine). This does not include additional wiring, electrical accessories, or components such as wires, switches, or sockets.
If any extra work or materials are needed during installation, the customer is responsible for the additional costs.
Installation will be completed within 24 hours of delivery, provided the customer is available.
